Explore Collioure, the ancient port of Perpignan, nestled between the Mediterranean and the Albera mountains. This picturesque village invites you to enjoy its mild climate and dreamlike scenery. The church of Notre Dame des Anges, the Royal Castle and the little white houses blend harmoniously into a sun-drenched, ocher-tinted landscape.

The Mucem is a modern architectural icon in Marseilles. After visiting Fort Saint-Jean and the Esplanade de la Major, we will explore the replica of Cosquer's Cave at Villa Mediterranée. Immerse yourself in this 30,000-year-old Paleolithic experience, accessible by elevator and small vehicles with audio guides. Admire the impressive rock art.

A few kilometers from Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud, designed by François Spoerry, combines the charm of a Mediterranean fishing village with the luxury of a modern housing complex. Travel along its canals on barges, among pastel-colored houses and bridges. Next, we visit the picturesque mountain village of Grimaud with its winding alleys and local handicrafts, culminating in its remarkable monumental fountain.

Enjoy a unique sensory experience with my excursion from Ajaccio. Sample Corsican honey, famous for its variety and flavor, thanks to its rich biodiversity. Then, visit an organic essential oil distillery, where 13 oils, floral water and massage oils are produced. Explore the aromas and flavors that make Corsica so special.

From the wonderful natural port of Mahón I offer you two exceptional experiences. First, on La Isla del Rey, Hauser & Wirth Menorca is a unique artistic space that fuses early Christian culture with contemporary art. Between exhibition galleries, sculptures, gardens, restaurants and craft shops, it promises to be an experience to delight all the senses. Secondly, I recommend a visit to Finca Subaida. At this dairy you can learn about the process of preparing Mahonés cheese (POD). Of course, you can also enjoy an aperitif with local cheese, cured meats and wine.
