In Fusión del Alma, I offer you two unique culinary experiences in the same space, where the flavors of the Mediterranean and the East intertwine to delight your senses.
During the day, Fusión del Alma becomes a very seafaring tavern, a corner where select tapas and grilled fish are the protagonists. Enjoy an authentically Mediterranean experience with fresh ingredients and traditional preparations, all in a relaxed atmosphere by the sea. I also offer you a delicious breakfast à la carte if you want to start the day with something more exclusive.
At nightfall, Fusión del Alma offers you a great dining experience worthy of an Asian restaurant specializing in sushi and Oriental haute cuisine. Every night, my chefs will prepare an exquisite selection of nigiri, sashimi and other Asian delicacies. In addition, every night, I will surprise you with a themed experience, exploring the flavors of different Asian countries, such as India or the Philippines, without neglecting my specialty in sushi.
