May 2025 cruises: a journey through the soul of Andalusia and the Mediterranean

3. Andalusian sunrises along the coasts of the southern heartland
Days of sailing through the maritime and river soul of Andalusia. This voyage takes me up the Guadalquivir to Seville, something as unusual as it is unforgettable. Before, we will stop in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where you can savor its gastronomy and venture through the Doñana Park. In Seville, the river becomes a living artery, and the city welcomes you with its palaces, gardens and that ancient air that cannot be explained, only felt. Navigating through the heart of Andalusia is something you will never forget.
4. Whispers of the south and legends of the Andalusian coastline
A full week to give yourself up to the journey. From Ceuta to Almeria, via Melilla and Motril, each stop on my final cruise of May 2025 offers its own narrative: a mix of cultures, historical heritage, local flavors and wild nature. One day you dive into the waters of Cabo de Gata; another, you stroll through the medina of Melilla or explore the white streets of Frigiliana. In between, life on board flows naturally: breakfasts facing the sea, signature dinners, shared silences. It is the most complete trip I can offer you.

It all starts with the light of the sea coming through your window. You wake up in your exterior cabin, open the curtains and there it is: the infinite blue. Breakfast is leisurely, with fresh produce and a Spanish soul. Outside, the deck awaits you for a yoga session overlooking the horizon or a walk with no other destination than to feel the wind.
You can spend the morning between relaxing activities. Perhaps you’d prefer to read in one of my spaces or relax in the spa while the sailing continues without you having to think about anything.
Lunch is a celebration. With the stamp of Martín Berasategui and Paolo Casagrande, each dish is a tribute to Mediterranean cuisine. And in the afternoon, you set the pace: gym, massage, a drink on deck 7, or simply contemplate the sea.
When night falls, everything is transformed. Live music sets the pace for a relaxed evening. The theatre offers intimate shows. Or perhaps you’d prefer a quiet dinner, followed by an evening stroll under the stars. Because here, every day is lived with intention.
Stopovers: more than ports, gateways to the south

In Cadiz, you can cycle through the old town, visit centuries-old bodegas in El Puerto de Santa María or take part in a gastronomic tour of local taverns. You can also let yourself be carried away by the relaxed atmosphere of the Caleta beach at sunset. In Bonanza and Sanlúcar de Barrameda I suggest an immersion in nature: a 4×4 route through Doñana, a bird-watching river trip or a visit to the historic wineries. And afterwards tapas by the river.
In Seville, you will visit the Real Alcázar, stroll through the Murillo gardens, experience the passion of flamenco in a night show or discover the history of the Sevillian palaces under the light of the sunset.
Ceuta opens up like a book of myths and legends: hiking in the Sierra Bullones, diving among historical remains or a guided walk through its multicultural quarter, with views of the Strait of Gibraltar and a North African flavor. In Motril, you can visit the Ron Montero distillery, kayak from the beach, explore Nerja and its cliffs, or lose yourself in the streets of Frigiliana, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
Melilla shows you its medieval fortress, the modernist city and the Conventico caves. You can also take a panoramic route by minibus or kayak along its protected coastline. And Almeria is living nature: the Tabernas desert, the volcanic cliffs of Cabo de Gata, snorkelling among fish, archaeological routes through Los Millares or visits to coastal villages where time seems to have stood still.
