Paolo Casagrande, executive chef of the Lasarte restaurant in Barcelona with three Michelin stars and one more in Orobianco, in Calpe, will lead the gastronomic proposals of the Italian, Japanese, Thai restaurants, the Mediterranean brasserie and the tapas bar.
