My proposal is born from an extraordinary alliance: Martín Berasategui and Paolo Casagrande, two chefs with 15 Michelin stars who share with me the same vision: to transform gastronomy into art. Their stamp is present in every corner of my boat. Together they have imagined, created and cared for every menu, every service, every element that forms part of this experience.

At MB Alma Cruceros, my main restaurant, Berasategui accompanies you from the first coffee at sunrise to the most enveloping dinners under the stars. His cuisine, deep and elegant, transforms noble ingredients into lasting memories. Dishes such as a charcoal-grilled sirloin accompanied by vegetable textures, or an oily fish paired with subtle creams and hints of citrus, are just one example of the language that this cuisine speaks: seasonal ingredients treated with respect and creativity, where the balance between flavor, aesthetics and emotion is absolute. A cuisine that speaks to the soul, not just to the palate.

 

In Terra mia and La maison, Paolo Casagrande and Martín Berasategui join hands to celebrate the richness of Italian and French cuisine. There, the aromas of cured Parmesan, the sweet notes of a slowly caramelized onion or the intensity of a red wine reduction become the true protagonists of an intimate dinner, always with the sea as a backdrop.

At La Tapería Brasería Mediterránea I offer you the best of local produce cooked on the grill, with nods to the most authentic Spanish cuisine. It’s a corner of flavor where the embers, the ingredients and the spices combine to give rise to dishes full of character. At Torii and Nomada Thai, my most travelled soul is expressed in oriental flavors that awaken the senses. There, perfumed rice, fermented sauces and touches of coconut, lime and ginger coexist with a careful aesthetic and impeccable service.

 

On Deck 8, every corner is designed to offer you a multi-sensory experience. You can have an à la carte breakfast while the sea dawns beside you or enjoy a casual lunch with open views of the horizon. Because in my world, every meal should be in harmony with the moment, the surroundings and your mood.

Beyond the plate: an atmosphere designed for you

Mi Bar Cervecería Calma is a cozy refuge where you can enjoy an apéritif in good company. Its drinks’ menu includes an attractive variety of beers, Spanish, Italian and French wines, as well as a cocktail bar designed for leisurely enjoyment and relaxed conversation. And when the day comes to an end, the Terraza Levante becomes the ideal place to let yourself go. There, a glass of wine or a well-prepared cocktail accompanies the sunset, while the sea reflects the twilight.

 

Because for me, excellence is not in ostentation, but in attention to detail, in the ability to create memorable moments. And that too is gastronomy: a whisper of happiness that comes without asking permission.
