I offer you six restaurants with a unique gastronomic offer that combines Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine with international influences.

Martín Berasategui, the Spanish chef with the most Michelin stars, will leave his mark on my main restaurant and on the French-inspired one, where his signature cuisine will invite you to explore the essence of pioneering gastronomy in Spain, fused with the elegance and flavor of his most emblematic creations that pay tribute to the French gastronomic tradition. Attention to detail and authenticity in every flavor define Berasategui's work, creating gastronomic experiences that wrap your senses in an intimate and unique connection.

Paolo Casagrande, executive chef of the Lasarte restaurant in Barcelona with three Michelin stars and one more in Orobianco, in Calpe, will lead the gastronomic proposals of the Italian, Japanese, Thai restaurants, the Mediterranean brasserie and the tapas bar. Each creation will invite you to explore the nuances of global cuisine with a vision that combines creativity and excellence. In addition, he will design buffets and à la carte breakfasts, where the Mediterranean tradition will be influenced by international trends.

High-level gastronomic experience in Alma Cruceros

At Alma Cruceros, high-level gastronomy is the axis of my proposal. Therefore, both chefs will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing menus and selecting every detail of the service, including kitchen equipment, tableware, cutlery, glassware and table linens. In this way, diners will enjoy a complete sensory experience in each of the six gastronomic spaces on board. I aim to redefine the dining experience on the high seas, creating unforgettable moments that reflect the passion for excellence that defines our chefs. Each menu is carefully designed to tell a story, connect with cultural roots, and awaken my guests' senses, ensuring every meal is as memorable as the destinations we visit.

Martín Berasategui: the soul of each creation

Martín Berasategui, born in San Sebastian, has become a symbol of dedication and effort, attracting some of the most creative minds in the world of cooking to his side. He grew up in a unique environment that profoundly marked his gastronomic career. This atmosphere, together with the values of work and commitment instilled by his family, forged his passion for cooking, which he has cultivated for more than 50 years on the stove.

Martín Berasategui's excellence is not only reflected in the results but also in the method and attention to every detail, from the selection of the ingredients to the final presentation of each dish. This commitment has led him to become the chef with the most Michelin stars in the same country and the Spanish chef with the most stars in history. Among its many recognitions are the Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts of the Government of Spain, the title of Doctor Honoris Causa by the University of Tours and the Golden Drum of San Sebastian.

With his tireless pursuit of excellence, Martín Berasategui has positioned himself as the third chef with the most Michelin stars in the world and the chef with the most Suns in the Repsol Guide. Paolo Casagrande: mastery in every detail

Born in Susegana, Treviso, Paolo Casagrande is a chef whose elegance and serenity are combined with a professional ambition and a self-demand that make him an inspiring leader. After training in prestigious restaurants in Milan, London and Paris, he worked under the tutelage of great chefs such as Alain Solivérès at Les Elysées du Vernet (two Michelin stars) and Taillevent (three Michelin stars). It was Solivérès who linked him with Martín Berasategui in 2003, initiating a professional relationship based on trust and mutual admiration.

In 2005, Berasategui entrusted him with the management of his first restaurant in Tenerife, M.B., at the Ritz-Carlton Abama, where he obtained his first Michelin star in 2010. Throughout his career, Paolo has shown a constant dedication to excellence, winning recognition with three Suns from the Repsol Guide for the Lasarte restaurant and one Sun for Orobianco. In 2017, he led Lasarte in Barcelona to obtain its third Michelin star, consolidating his status in haute cuisine. In 2022, he became gastronomic director in Orobianco, in Calpe, achieving a Michelin star in 2024.

His ability to excite through his dishes continues to stand out, fusing technique and creativity in each culinary experience.
