If you are Spanish, you will need a valid ID or passport, with at least six months of validity from the date of return of the cruise. If you have another nationality, we recommend checking with your embassy.

Is it possible to finance the cruise payment?

What time should I show up for boarding?

We will inform you in detail about the boarding time and procedure in the documentation that you will receive along with your reservation.

How do I pay for purchases made on board?

We accept credit cards. During the cruise, you will accumulate your drinks and, at the end of the trip, we will send you a detailed summary with all the charges so that you can review and approve them before making the final payment.

Is there internet connection available on the boat?

Yes, we have wifi on board so you can stay connected. We will inform you about the rates before your trip so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

What is the all-inclusive regime and what does it include?

The all-inclusive regime of the cruise ensures you have a complete experience without having to worry about anything. In the price, all the essential needs are covered to enjoy the journey to the fullest:

  • Accommodation in the cabin category of your choice.
  • Full meals: breakfasts, lunches and dinners at any of the 5 on-board restaurants.
  • Drinks: both alcoholic and non-alcoholic throughout the cruise. Only the corkage of bottles of wine or very exclusive premium drinks are left out, which you can enjoy at an additional cost.
  • Port and service fees.
  • On-board entertainment: shows, activities and events designed for all tastes.
  • Unlike other cruise lines, an experience is also included in each destination of the itinerary of your cruise.

This way, you can just relax and enjoy every moment of your trip.

Can I request special menus (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)?

Gastronomic alternatives adapted to different needs are offered. You just need to inform us of your preferences or restrictions at the time of booking so that the shipping company can prepare everything in advance and make sure you have compatible alternatives on board.

Do you need to book activities or shows in advance?

No need to book. Every day, at 19:00, a show is held in the ship’s theater with an approximate duration of one hour and capacity for every passenger. You can enjoy musical performances, comedians, theater and much more.

After dinner, there is live music in different areas of the ship, such as the outdoor terraces and the piano bar, located on decks 7, 8 and 9.

What options are there for those looking for a spa experience or relaxation treatments?

On board, we have a wide variety of massages and beauty treatments ideal for relaxing. You need to book in advance, which you can do from the moment you confirm your cruise.

Is there medical service on board?

Yes, we have an experienced doctor on board, hospital equipment and a fully equipped pharmacy to meet any need.

How many bags can I carry? Are there weight restrictions?

There is no limit on the amount of luggage or weight allowed, so you can take what you need for your trip.

What items are prohibited on board?

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to carry the following items on board:

  • Firearms and Ammunition: including replicas and toy weapons.
  • Explosives and fireworks: such as firecrackers and flares.
  • Bladed weapons: such as knives with blades over 10 cm, machetes and knives.
  • Flammable substances: such as gasoline, methyl alcohols and paint solvents.
  • Electrical devices and kitchen appliances: such as hair dryers, immersion heaters and electric blankets.
  • Remote-controlled drones and devices: including hoverboards and electric scooters.

Are there safes in the cabins to store valuables?

Yes, all of our staterooms are equipped with safes so you can store your valuables comfortably and safely during the trip.

Is there laundry or dry cleaning on board?

Yes, we offer on-board laundry and dry cleaning services, including washing, drying and ironing. If you leave your clothes before 9:00, you will receive them clean and ironed the same day or the following day.

How do I book experiences in stopovers?

You can book your experiences at the time of booking the cruise, by calling our hotline, through our website or directly on board the ship.

Do you recommend booking experiences in advance?

Yes, it is always advisable to book in advance to make sure you enjoy the experience of your choice, as each activity has a maximum number of participants.

Can pregnant women travel by cruise ship? Until what time of pregnancy?

Yes, pregnant women can travel by cruise, but they should keep in mind that it is only allowed until the 24th week of pregnancy.

Are there restrictions for people with reduced mobility? What are the specific services and accesses available?

The common areas of the ship, except for the swimming pool, are adapted for people with reduced mobility. In addition, we have two cabins specially designed to offer greater comfort and accessibility to these people.

Are the menus of Martín Berasategui and Paolo Casagrande included in the cruise price?

Yes, all the gastronomy on board the Alma Cruises ship is managed by chefs Martín Berasategui and Paolo Casagrande. The price of the cruise includes all meals (breakfasts, lunches and dinners), so you can enjoy every day the journey of its incredible culinary creations at no additional charge, making it a haute cuisine cruise without extra costs.

What are the hours of the restaurants on board? Do you need a reservation and how far in advance?

For lunch:

  • The main restaurant (Deck 5) offers a la carte signature cuisine by Martín Berasategui. Opening hours are from 14:00 to 16:00 and it is not necessary to book, with free seating. A different menu is offered every day.
  • The Mediterranean tavern/brasserie (Deck 8), run by Paolo Casagrande, offers signature tapas and grilled fish. Opening hours are from 13:00 to 16:00, with free seating and no need to book.

For dinner:

  • The main restaurant offers a la carte signature cuisine by Martín Berasategui from 20:30 to 22:30. There are no shifts or reservations and a different menu is offered every night.
  • The Italian haute cuisine restaurant run by Paolo Casagrande is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 20:30 to 22:30 on Deck 5. Pre-booking required.
  • The French restaurant by Martín Berasategui opens on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 20:30 to 22:30 on Deck 5. Pre-booking required.
  • The Asian restaurant, specializing in Japanese and Thai haute cuisine with a specialty in sushi, is on Deck 8. Opening hours are from 20:30 to 22:30 and also require pre-booking.

Restaurants that need to be booked are also included in the cruise price. Reservations can be made from the moment the cruise reservation is confirmed until there is availability.

Every day, at 19:00, a show is held in the ship’s theater with an approximate duration of one hour. The theater has capacity for the entire ticket, so it is not necessary to book. You can enjoy musical and humorous performances, some theater and much more.

How many bars are on board?

We have 3 bars on board, all with the same menu. Most drinks are included in the cruise price, although there will always be an exclusive selection of specialty drinks available at an extra cost if you want to treat yourself.

Bars are located on Deck 5, next to the reception and theater; on Deck 7, outside by the pool; and on Deck 8, in the piano bar located forward.

Are there entertainment programs for children?

Of course, children are always welcome on board, but we do not have a specific entertainment agenda for them.

Are the common areas available for people with reduced mobility?

The common areas of the ship are adapted for people with reduced mobility, except for the swimming pool. In addition, we have two cabins specially designed to offer greater comfort and accessibility to these people.

Is there a fridge in the cabins? Do you include daily drinks in the all-inclusive regime?

Yes, all staterooms are equipped with a fridge and drinks are included in the price. Beers, water and soft drinks are available daily as part of the all-inclusive regime.
