I will take you on a cruise to Ibiza, but we'll depart from Barcelona so I can show you Deltebre, on the Ebro Delta. I will show you around this natural enclave, with its miles of rice fields and the unknown magic of its sunsets. The next adventure is to explore 320 hectares of wetlands by boat or jeep, culminating in a wine session with mussels to create a memory of nature, culture and gastronomy.

With over 2000 years' history, Valencia's artistic and cultural heritage shines brightly. I recommend you explore the historic city center, and don't forget to visit the Central Market, a benchmark building in Valencian modernist style where history and gastronomy meet. Sail the waters of the Albufera Natural Park and take a break at El Palmar to enjoy an authentic Valencian paella.

With its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters in a quiet, unspoiled setting, Formentera is one of the most stunning places to take a break in the Mediterranean. With no airport and hardly any roads, it is the ideal escape from the ruckus of urban life. Lose yourself in the artistic atmosphere of Ibiza, enjoying its unspoiled coves and cultural heritage, ending the day with a delicious meal looking out over the sea.

Learn all about pure-bred Spanish horses firsthand at the private stud farm Yeguada Maipe. Here you can find out more about how these magnificent animals are trained and enjoy an equestrian event. Also in Cartagena, enjoy a unique wine experience at UNDERSEA, where you can sample wine aged under the Mediterranean and transformed into a submarine delight.

Heading south on my route to the Almeria coast, I invite you to fall in love with its natural beauty spots: the unspoiled beaches of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the famous Tabernas desert. Let your imagination run wild as you discover these emblematic desert landscapes.

We sail around the Chafarinas Islands, a tiny archipelago off the coast of Morocco, headed for the fort of Melilla, the old town of this enclave that is home to four different cultures: Christian, Muslim, Jewish and Hindu. Destinations steeped in rich history and biodiversity.
